Eigerland was a large German speaking country in the west of the continent, and was the largest country by area at its time.
After severing international relations, the country was invaded by its northern neighbour Kimmystan, who were looking to expand, and the country was divided between the new Kimmystan backed Norsk nations of Fishy and Hoijahway.
In a policy of population movement, all German citizens were removed and all settlements renamed. As part of the agreement with Jabia and Þiðbandið for diplomatic relations, the eastern parts of Eigerland were ceeded to both nations in order to home the moved citizens. Some however chose to move to Michovia.
